Board Member, Deb Hughes, represented the Muscatine County Energy District at the Neighborhood Block Party to kick off the Ignite Vitality: Mulberry Project in April!  The Community Foundation of Greater Muscatine expressed its gratitude for our participation and for the opportunity to share Clean Energy District’s resources with the neighborhood.
