The Muscatine County Energy District is hosting a Local Leaders’ Tour on Tuesday, September 19.

State Legislators, County Supervisors, and City Council Members from throughout Muscatine County are invited to participate in a driving tour of solar installations found on agricultural, commercial, industrial, and residential sites throughout Muscatine County.
